Mercy's Infant Care Class

This is an in-person class. You will receive an email within 24 hours prior to the class letting you know which conference room the class will be held in. Please park in Bunting garage. Description: Setting realistic expectations for your baby's first months is important. During this one-time class, you'll discover the answers to the most common questions new parents have about baby care. This class, when in person, provides hands-on practice of bathing and diapering as well as practical information on:

Infant behaviors

Feeding

Sleep schedules

Choking

Calming techniques

Bathing & Diapering

This is not an Infant CPR Class.

Cost: $40.00 (plus registration fee of $4.28) per couple. Length of Class: 2 1/2 hours

*Most insurance companies will provide reimbursement for the classes, and some provide prepayment. Please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card prior to registering for more information.

*Employees of Mercy will receive a 25% discount for classes. Please continue to sign up through Eventbrite and provide your employee number. Your discount will be applied when we receive your registration

*When registering, please keep in mind that this class is meant to be taken during the third trimester of pregnancy.

*Classes have a minimum and maximum attendance requirement. If the minimum attendance is not reached, the class may not take place.
