Our Foundations class (8:30-9:45 PM) covers the basic steps, posture and frame, and leading and following techniques to help you feel confident on the dance floor. Our Improvers class (7:30-8:45 PM) covers additional steps and combinations, more advanced leading and following techniques, and musicality.Class times include a 15-minute guided practice from 8:30-8:45 PM.The Foundations class series is open to everyone. No partner or previous dance experience is needed. The Improvers class series is open by instructor permission only.
