- **Event Description**: Balls: a Two Dinner Mini-Series

We know… this is a wacky concept. Please understand the Falafels we made for the last round of Thursday Dinners were just soooooo delicious and everyone was gaga over them. Raving reviews! Amelia had never made them before and it the whole thing was just so satisfying, from the process of making them all the way through to how well they turned out. You also have to understand that time that Amelia was frying the tasty balls, Dyson said “Those make me really want Hush Puppies.”

And so here we are! Doing two separate dinners on two separate nights with our favorite 2 deep-fried balls. Balls often come in pairs, so this felt like an auspicious number of balls to offer you. Oh, we’ve got jokes. Many, many jokes that we cracked in the 3 months that Amelia was frying up those hot, tasty balls.
