Mark your calendars for the biggest summer celebration in North Baltimore! The Heart of the 4th Music & Arts Festival is coming to York Road on Friday, July 19, from 11AM to 6PM and it’s going to be unforgettable.
We’re shutting down a half-mile stretch of York Road — from Belvedere Avenue to Bellona Avenue — to showcase the best of the Greater Govans communities. Enjoy two full stages of non-stop live music and entertainment, hundreds of local vendors, delicious eats from some of Baltimore’s favorite food trucks and restaurants, local artists, interactive activities, kids’ zones, and more.
This free, family-friendly street festival is all about celebrating culture, community, and creativity right in the heart of the 4th District.
