In this workshop @Dr.ParthNaik will create a space for participants to build comfort while playing upside down. Dr. Naik will teach fundamental concepts, drills, games, and skills to start - or continue pushing - your hand-balancing practice. All levels are welcome, no experience is required, and all levels will be safely challenged. After the workshop we’ll hangout and enjoy some cookies together courtesy of FBY.

Suggested donations are $15-50+ and all donations will be sent to @Campbreakerz, providing breakdancing programming and food distribution to children in Gaza. Donations can be sent to @/$gracemarshmallow on venmo or cashapp with “handstand workshop” in the subject line.
