A Solstice Evening of Sacred Sound
Join me for a serene evening of sound healing. The longest day of the year and the official beginning of summer (aka Summer Solstice) is a time to pause, reflect, and realign.
From 7PM–8:30PM, you'll be gently guided into deep relaxation and energetic balance through the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, ambient electronic frequencies and tranquil vocals. After a short intention-setting and instruction, you'll enter a self-guided meditative sound journey designed to soothe your nervous system and restore inner calm.
What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat and pillow for lying down. You’re welcome to bring an eye pillow, blanket, or anything else that supports your comfort. For those unable to lie down, chairs will be available—feel free to bring a seat cushion or back support if needed.

This is a free event with optional donations gratefully accepted. Free street parking is available near the venue.
