Christmas Eve Candlelight Service

This holiday season, Zion Church of the City of Baltimore invites you to join us for a heartfelt Christmas celebration. Nestled in the heart of downtown Baltimore at 400 E. Lexington Street, our historic church — founded in 1755 — blends rich tradition and community spirit into every service.

On Christmas Eve, we welcome families, friends, and neighbors to gather in worship and fellowship. The evening includes a bilingual (German & English) family-friendly service — complete with a children’s sermon, festive music, and small gifts for the little ones — followed by a candlelight service with live trumpet accompaniment and classic carols sung by candlelight.
