Building an Effective Team: Strategies that Work
Building an Effective Team Workshop
Strategies that Work
Why are some teams full of energy and productivity, delivering breakthrough results while others seem to be counterproductive? How do you harness the creativity and talent of your entire team? How do you manage diverse personalities to accomplish common goals? Members of an effective team understand how to contribute in ways that support team outcomes and go above what any individual member could accomplish alone. Great teamwork isn’t easy and even the best teams can encounter problems.
Based on DHR Learning & Development’s customized teambuilding curriculum, this session incorporates vital keys to team development as illustrated in Patrick Lencioni’s best seller, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”.
