We will set out on a hike to search for bugs in different habitats – forest, pond, field – to see what lives in each. After collecting bugs using nets or our hands, we will put them in containers and study them! An expedition that is fun for the whole family!

What to Bring
Bring your own drinking water. Potable water is not available at this location.
Pets
Pets may not enter buildings but are welcome outside and on the trails at Smeck Park. They must be under control at all times and on a leash no longer than 6’. For the health and safety of all, pick up and properly dispose of pets’ waste. | There may be some programs or events at which we ask that you do not bring pets. That is usually determined by the nature of the activity, presentation, hike, and/or safety issues.
