Costume includes headpiece, neck, arms,  pant, belt and leg pieces (rhinestone fishnets matching sneakers, fanny packs and fans will be available for purchase at the boutique, located at the Patapsco Market)2. Refreshments on the road 3. Food and drinks when you get to the park, please follow instructions to the tent4. Professional photos from the Saturday parade 5.
