Those who are approved will receive weekly check-ins, a full workout plan, home and gym nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and optional Saturday group classes.This challenge also serves as a fundraiser for the ICAN Initiative (I Create. I Aspire. I Navigate.), a program of the 29th Street Community Center that supports youth and families through empowerment, creativity, and access to opportunity.
