Join me for my final Yoga and Sound Healing mini re-TREAT for 2025 as we take time out to slow down restore, renew and resonate in the beautiful natural surrounds of the Maleny Yoga Shed. 🌿

We will use the power of intention, rejuvenating yoga postures, mantra, mudra, breath work, deep guided relaxation and sound healing to deeply nurture and nourish ourselves.

Time: 1pm for 1.15pm start to 3.15pm followed by light refreshments.
Investment: $35 pre-paid or $40 at the door ✨ includes 1 hour yoga, 1 hour sound healing plus light refreshments ✨
