All ArT supplies included for this workshop … focusing on finding stillness and inner peace and calm for the whole family … story book reading and shared strategies using breath and gentle sound bowls and a little guided rest before a mindful meditative peaceful play wth clay. (air drying, soft, clean grey coloured clay)..,everyone gets to take home clay.
