- **Event Description**: Laura and Sandra warmly invite you to our ‘Embracing the Fire Horse’ Yin Yoga and Sound Healing mini-reTREAT. We will explore living from the heart as we embrace the strength, clarity and vitality that the Chinese new year of the Fire Horse brings. 

On February 17th we move into the year of Yang Fire Horse. A year of action and engagement with the world. 
In Chinese medicine and Yin Yoga the element of Fire relates to the heart, circulation, vitality, connection with others, that spark of creativity and clarity of Spirit.

In our afternoon together we will explore the Fire Horse energy and our alignment to it through heart centred practices. The Year of the Fire Horse is Yang energy which can be balanced through Yin practices of selfcare, rest and nurturing to harness the Fire energy without burnout.

Laura will lead a gentle yet powerful Yin Yoga practice working with the element of Fire and postures that open the heart, nourish and balance the fire meridian. 

Sandra will offer deep guided relaxation and sound healing to ground and integrate your Yin yoga experience and cultivate a vibration of love and harmony.

Join us to ignite your spark and live from the Heart! The afternoon includes 75 mins of Yin Yoga and 60 mins of deep guided relaxation and sound healing followed by light refreshments.

Time: 1pm to 4pm
Venue: Maleny Yoga Shed, 931 Maleny-Montville Road, Balmoral Ridge
Investment: $40 prepaid or $50 at the door
