Perimenopause and Menopause Awareness Session

We are excited to welcome Siobhan Kearney from Menopause NI, an expert in creating inclusive environments where perimenopause and menopause are understood and supported. This will be a relaxed, interactive session exploring awareness in the workplace and wider community.

Whether you are experiencing peri menopause or menopause yourself, supporting a colleague, or simply want to learn more, this session will give you practical tools to make a positive difference.

The session will be conversational, with opportunities to ask questions, share examples, and learn from one another. Sharing personal experiences is optional — no pressure at all.

• Increased confidence to discuss it and reduce stigma
• Tips for fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
