Whether you are new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, this intensive is suitable for all levels. The weekend is designed to help you release stress, tune into your inner wisdom, and deepen your nervous system regulation. Across two and a half immersive days, you’ll experience guided breathwork journeys, sound healing, integration circles, and practical tools to understand and regulate your nervous system—leaving with greater clarity, calm, and embodied presence.

Location:An Sanctoir, Ballydehob, West Cork, Ireland

Accommodation:Not included. There is no on-site accommodation at An Sanctoir, but participants are welcome to book nearby Airbnbs or local lodging.

Food:

Healthy snacks and herbal teas will be available each day.

A light nourishing lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday, from the local restaurant Budd’s.

Facilitators:

Stella is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with a degree in neuroscience and over a decade of experience in the holistic wellness world. For the past six years she’s been guiding retreats and transformative journeys, holding a safe, supportive container that helps people access their innate healing capacity. She blends science-informed insight with soulful guidance to create transformative experiences.

Joris is a breathwork facilitator, somatic therapist, and counselor who served as lead breathwork teacher at a renowned yoga and breathwork school Samma Karuna in Thailand. Currently touring Europe, he’s excited to be facilitating summer retreats across the continent—bringing embodied inquiry and deep presence to support lasting transformation. He holds a firm yet gentle presence, creating a container where people can drop into safety, feel seen, and access deeper layers of their experience.
