Join us for a 2-hour intensive on leading and following one footed spins! Open to all levels, some west coast swing experience (knowledge of basic passes) required.
We'll start from the beginning: how to enter and exit, the basic right turning one-foot, and fundamental technique. After that, we'll play with variable shapes, other entries and exits, advanced techniques, compensation for skills or heights, left turning one-foots, and more.
Other topics will include body engagement, pulsing techniques, partner awareness, principles of balance and how to practice on your own.
Cost is $45 a person, and you can register as an individual in the rotation or a couple. Spots are limited, there will be 12 spots for leaders and 12 spots for followers.
