In this workshop, we will cover how to create a strong center & safe container. We will also get into the logistics of hosting circles including marketing, leadership roles / responsibilities, & how to actually get started. The different leadership roles we will cover include host, co-host, guardian, & facilitator. Not all of these roles must be filled or filled by different people, but getting more leaders involved will strengthen the safety & stability of your circle.
