- **Event Description**: If you want to learn how to incorporate sound healing into your Reiki practice, please come at the scheduled start of the session. 

We'll do a brief 25-minute lesson and allow participants to practice with one of my wood or metal instruments.

If you are only interested in an Energy Exchange, please come just a half hour later than the scheduled start time.

Depending on crowd, I will be playing bowls in the main room, or in the session room as my contribution to the exchange.

The new moon is an optimal time for setting intentions, manifesting beginnings, starting new chapters of your healing journey and embracing the Universe's cosmic reset. By starting this cycle with an exchange of energy, participants engage in self-care and contribute to the collective energetic health of our ever-expanding community of holistic wellness practitioners. Easier said: Taking care of yourself helps you take care of others; you need self-love, too!

While the main focus is a Reiki Exchange, there is also the opportunity for hands-on learning for those interested in incorporating sound healing into their Reiki practice. Attendees will have access to most of my metal and wooden sound healing instruments and will be provided guidance on their use during treatments.

The event will be enhanced by the soothing tones of the crystal sound bowls, which will envelop all participants in Reiki energy and positive vibrations.

Each participant will receive at least one 25–30-minute session on the table to be the focus of care.
