Join us for the next of our Wattlebee Baby In-Store Sessions, designed to offer supportive experiences and opportunities to connect with local professionals and other families in our community.

This month we're delighted to welcome:

Kanako | Yoga & Mindful Movement Teacher

With more than 20 years of experience, Kanako is passionate about supporting women through some of life's biggest transitions, including pregnancy and early motherhood.

In this gentle and nurturing session, Kanako will guide participants through mindful movement, simple breathing techniques and relaxation practices designed to support wellbeing, connection and self-care.

Together we'll explore:
• Gentle mindful movement
• Breathwork and relaxation techniques
• Supporting mind and body wellbeing
• Practical tools you can use at home
• The importance of slowing down and caring for yourself during pregnancy and early motherhood

Whether you're expecting a baby or navigating the early months of motherhood, this session offers an opportunity to move, breathe, reconnect and spend time with other local mums in a welcoming environment.

No previous yoga or movement experience is required.
