SELF LOVE is a unique journey for each of us!
Come join the group of women, each on their unique journey of self love.
It doesn’t matter how far down the road you are on your journey towards self love, we want your energy in this group. Whether you are just starting your journey or maintain a loving and caring relationship with yourself this is the right place for you.
During this special day we will:
- move our bodies
- create body art with paint (which you will take home with you)
- listen to stories and share our own
- learn about self love and discover our own patterns
- support others and receive support
- and make new beautiful friends

The Zen Day - Self Love will be facilitated by two facilitators – Leanne & Amanda with guest facilitator Jodie popping in to, each will share their different stories and perspective. Don’t miss this day, it will be a truly special day.
