THE PERFIT 4 THROWDOWN

The PerFit 4 Throwdown is a fun, one-day CrossFit comp for teams of 4 (2 male, 2 female). Designed for all levels with scaling, it brings the community together through fitness and teamwork. Divisions include Open, Masters 35+, and Masters 45+.

REGISTRATION OPENS Monday 5th May 7:00am
There will be very limited teams, so be quick.
