Shelley will take you through a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. As you lie down comfortably, waves of sound wash over you—produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, or gentle drums.

Rather than focusing on breath or thoughts, you simply receive the sounds. The vibrations move through the body, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and gently shift the nervous system into relaxation. Layers of tones may rise and fade, creating a sense of spaciousness, as if you’re floating within the sound itself.

A perfect way to take some time out for yourself and bring your nervous system back into alignment after the huge year we have all had!

What to bring: yoga mat, a cushion, blanket, water, journal & pen

This workshop is brought to you by the Skipton Food Bank as part of their Fire Recovery initiative. Ticket prices are subsidised and kept intentionally low so all members of our fire affected community can access this wonderful workshop.

There are a maximum of 15 places, bookings are essential.
