We’re inviting locals to take on a 3-minute cold plunge challenge in support of FightMND and the Big Freeze 11 campaign.

Here’s how it works:

? Book your plunge via the re•nu app under Appointments → Big Freeze Challenge
? Nominate 3 mates to do it too!
? Take a pic or video during your plunge and post to Instagram tagging your mates
? Warm up with a sauna or hot shower afterwards
? Then head to Aunty Jack’s for a free drink on us with your completion certificate!

This is a one-day-only event packed with good vibes, local energy, and a powerful cause. The lounge and tea station will be open, and we’ll have music, good company, and loads of laughs all day long.
