Eureka Remembrance Ceremony

We invite you to a short ceremony commemorating those who lost their lives as a result of the Battle of the Eureka Stockade on the morning of 3rd December 1854.

Join the walk to the diggers and soldiers' memorials at Ballarat Old Cemetery to honour those who died fighting for freedom and those who fell in the line of duty.

Hear about what happened on that fateful day, and understand the contributions of all people at Eureka to our present-day democracy.

Assemble at the gates of Ballarat Old Cemetery at 9.45am for a 10.00am sharp start. All welcome.
