Beginners Pilates - 5 Week Course
This 5 week course with experienced instructor Melissa Jones, will teach you the fundamental exercises in a Pilates repertoire. It will also give you a good foundation for exercising on the most popular apparatus: the Pilates reformer.
The workout is certainly not easy and will challenge everybody looking to improve their health and fitness. Pilates is a practise, the movements are controlled and challenging with emphasis on posture. There are six basic principles that provide the foundation of Pilates and are key to performing the exercises safely and effectively: centering, control, concentration , breath, flow, and precision.
With a maximum of 6 people, you will still get the attention you require to learn how to do Pilates with correct technique.
