What is going on?

By the end of this seminar you will have a better understanding of the role that anxiety plays in our life and how modern society is contributing to its prevalence.

Participants will be given a handout with strategies to lessen and/or better manage anxiety.

Lidia is the Principal Psychologist at Changing Tracks Psychology. She has been practicing for over 45 years and has a wide range of experience from, teaching primary school children, being a school psychologist, teaching GPs FPS, to being the psychology advisor to the Department of Veteran Affairs.

Lidia now works part-time and is mainly engaged in, running seminars nationally and internationally, supervising psychology graduates, mentoring other psychologists and conducting professional development for health professionals and educators. She is an entertaining, thought-provoking speaker .
