Join Carly Murdoch for a 3-session course where she will teach you the effortless 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation Technique.
This is a simple technique that enables absolutely anybody to experience the benefits of meditation and to establish an independent daily practice.

Day 3 Wednesday 24th July, 7.00-8.30pm
In each session you will be given instruction on the technique and will meditate along with Carly. There will be ample time for questions and discussion after.
In addition, Carly will provide guidance on how to make meditation a daily habit and will explain how this technique enables transcendence of the thinking mind and reconnection to the calm, joyous, dynamic and creative YOU.
