YOGA FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS

Then this course is for you. Our Studio has a non-judgmental, all-inclusive feel with a friendly, relaxed, caring, atmosphere. Maximum class for this course is 10, so that everyone can get lots of help.
You will learn correct alignment of all the basic yoga poses. We will find the best posture to suit your personal body type so you can enjoy working within safe parameters. There is no one size fits all.
You will also learn breathing practices, mindfulness and relaxation techniques led by Jackie Allen who has been teaching yoga for 14 years.
This course will enable you to confidently join in other yoga classes, knowing how to look after your body.
As we are limit this class to a small number of people, this course books out quickly, so book in ASAP to reserve your place.
INFO FOR BEGINNERS COURSE
When: 5 week course starting Thursday 2nd May at 7.30pm. Classes are an hour long and the last class will be on Thursday 30th May.
What do I bring ? Everything is supplied so you only need to bring a bottle of water.
What do I wear ? Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Yoga pants, leggings, track pants, loose cotton pants, shorts - whatever you are comfortable in and is easy to move in. We do yoga barefoot.
