2 hour Yoga Workshop - can be attended in-person or via zoom (online).
This is a two-hour, fortnightly yoga
workshop where we take the time that regular classes don't always allow.
It's a space to explore how asana actually supports the body - not how it looks, but how it functions.
How it supports our joints, our strength, our mobility, and our nervous system.
Each session will have a theme, but there will also be room for your questions and your curiosities — whether you want support with backbends, forward folds, stability, or simply understanding why certain postures feel the way they do in your body.
The focus here isn't perfection. It's learning how to approach postures in a way that allows their medicine to land — so the practice becomes something that supports you, rather than something you have to perform.
If you choose to join us online, a zoom link will be sent to you prior to the session starting, otherwise, it will be held in our Mat Room at the Studio Ballan.
