- **Event Description**: The Baldwin City Chamber of Commerce and its Be Well partners are pleased to announce the launch of 2026 Be Well Baldwin City in April!

The Be Well Capstone Event Sponsored by Amplify Life Center and Baldwin City Metabolic Medicine is the capstone to a month-long, community-wide celebration of health and wellness featuring local businesses who support our health all year long.

The community walk will take place from 9 - 10 am starting and ending at Collins Gym. This is a walk for everyone with two route options!

The Capstone Event will include
Health and Wellness resources and vendors
Free Health Screenings
A 'Bingo' game which you can complete for a chance to win prizes.
Mini Seminars from local Health and Wellness Experts. 
10:30 am: Dr. Jeremy Rodrock from Amplify Life Center about Shockwave Therapy.
11:00 am: Dr. Paige Bowman from i360MD about Stuck in Midlife? The science of weight gain and energy disruption - and how to reset your metabolism.
11:30 am: Dr. Adam Madl with Baldwin City Metabolic Medicine about Low Back Pain.
12:00 pm: Echo Endecott with Baldwin City Recreation Commission about Kid-Friendly Snack Swaps (Free samples!)
