We’ll gather for an intentional evening of heart-opening, sound bath, and deep relaxation. The experience begins with a cacao ceremony and circle (herbal teas available) to soften the heart, awaken intuition, and ground the body. You'll then be guided into an hour-long collaborative sound journey with Krystina & Matthew — featuring crystal singing bowls, soulful vocals, guitar, flutes, percussion, rattles, guided meditation, and more.

The studio will provide yoga mats and blankets, but bring anything you need to be cozy such as a journal, pillow or eye masks! 

Krystina and Matthew will lead us into a space of relaxation and presence, and with the Lion's Gate 8/8 portal approaching the very next day this gathering is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign with the rhythms of nature. Take a dive beyond the self and into your own ethereal nature and the more formless spiritual dimensions that exist within and beyond the body. ✨

Meet your Guides:
Matthew is an Intuitive Reader, Energy Healer, and Sound Journey Facilitator who creates soundscapes with live-looped flutes, guitar, percussion, bowls, guided meditation, and recordings from nature. He guides meditations with the aim to transport listeners below and beyond the surface into their ethereal nature, presence, and spiritual dimensions within and through the body.

In addition to his healing practice, Matt runs the creative agency, Elevate Living Courses where he has supported over 400 healers, therapists, organizations, and spiritual teachers in developing their businesses and professional trainings.

Krystina Francine, a master of sound healing, weaves a meditative journey through somatic healing and self-discovery. Drawing on her deep connection to music as medicine, Krystina guides you into a space of healing at the core. Her sound bath integrates soothing vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls, percussion instruments and live vocals, amplified through loop stations, creating an ethereal experience that blends beauty, magic and deep healing.
