?Come along to relax, reset, strengthen, let go and enjoy some self care and deep relaxation

?Hosted by me, Helen Fiddler and my lovely sister and advanced yoga teacher expert Alison Fiddler.

?We'll be focussing on welcoming in the joy of summer!

?We'll work on yoga technique balanced with flow and ease in the morning workshop. The second workshop will be meditation techniques and building a practice along with some relaxation and the final workshop of the day will be strength work and of course a final end of the day relaxation.

?Expect: Yoga technique and alignment (get the benefit of two experienced teachers) and using both yoga and meditation to calm the body and mind, without any pressure. We'll explore how yoga can build mental and physical strength.

SCHEDULE
* Yoga technique workshop with Helen to calm body and mind
* Shared lunch - we all bring something to share with the group, practicing karma yoga and creating a sense of connection and community with each other - hopefully enjoying a picnic on the lawn
* Meditation & Relaxation Workshop - Focus on building a practice with EASE!
* Time for group chat or solitude
* Afternoon yoga and strength building workshop with Alison Fiddler
* Blissful relaxation to close the day

The yoga workshops are NOT suitable if you are pregnant
