A boutique English winery in Kent, Gusbourne produces the most awarded English Sparkling wine. Three-time winner of the International Wine & Spirits Challenge English Wine Producer of the Year in 2013, 2015 and 2017. In 2023, Gusbourne was bestowed with the prestigious title of WineGB Estate Winery of the Year for the third consecutive year, a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence in the wine industry. The winery’s remarkable achievements extended beyond national boundaries, with a plethora of medals and accolades earned in international competitions, including several notable “best in show” awards. These accomplishments underscore Gusbourne’s unparalleled expertise in crafting exceptional wines revered by connoisseurs worldwide.

About Gusbourne

Gusbourne planted their first vines in 2004 with a single-minded vision: to craft the world’s finest sparkling wines. This means they are detail-focused and quality-obsessed, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in English wine. They are unwavering in their commitment to crafting vintage-only bottlings from estate-grown, hand-harvested grapes.

The Event

The evening will begin with a drinks reception hosted by Gusbourne and the Fischers’ team, followed by a four-course menu with expertly paired wines.

Our Head Chef, John Shuttleworth, and his team have worked closely with Gusbourne to create a series of seasonal dishes designed to perfectly complement the Gusbourne collection.

6.30 pm arrival. £145 per person, including aperitif, four-course dinner, wine pairings & coffee. 

Dinner, bed & breakfast packages are available from £542 per room, based on two people sharing.
