Sit down with a guest speaker from Ambriel wines, the growers behind one of England’s most celebrated sparkling wines.

Learn more about the process that goes into growing their vines, which are handpicked and turned into proper English sparkling wine in West Sussex.

Enjoy a three course menu with ingredients from the estate and nearby, including Chatsworth Estate venison, Chatsworth Farm Lamb, and Ladybower trout from the Upper Derwent Valley.

Each dish will be paired with an Ambriel wine introduced by our guest speaker.
