This half-day retreat invites you to switch off your phone, step into nature and reconnect with the clarity and ease you’ve been craving.
We’ll start with a beautiful ritual — placing our phones into a lockable box — and then move through a nourishing morning of grounding yoga, breathwork, wellness shots, açai smoothies, healthy snacks, a mindful Peak District hike and a deeply restorative sound bath.
