- **Event Description**: Join writers Maggie Langford and Lucy Marsh in our peaceful parkland for a Creative Nature Writing Workshop. Maggie and Lucy both have extensive experience as published writers and teachers, and they are passionate about inspiring others to develop their creative writing skills.

Your day starts with a relaxing walk in the peaceful landscape of Haddon Medieval Park to take inspiration from the beauty of this ancient parkland. You will learn a range of different nature-writing formats, including Haiku, poetry and prose, and explore the connections between nature, history, place and memory to influence your creative writing. In the afternoon you will work in our Tudor Stables Studio, learning how to refine your techniques and produce a poem or short piece of prose of your own.

All tuition, materials and equipment will be provided and no experience is necessary. 

Please note that admission to Haddon Hall is not included within the price of this event.
