The Calm Canvas

Our Art Therapy Group with Jennifer is a supportive wellness group focused on emotional expression, stress relief, and personal growth through art. This group is ideal for adults who want healthy coping tools, emotional support, and a creative outlet in a calm environment.

Each session includes a guided art activity paired with therapeutic processing. Topics may include emotional regulation, anxiety relief, self-esteem, boundaries, motivation, and healing from life stressors.

You don’t need to be an artist to join. Art is used as the tool—not the goal. Come create, reflect, and leave with a stronger sense of calm, clarity, and connection.
