Quiet Confidence

Social anxiety can make school, friendships, and everyday life feel overwhelming. Our Teen Social Anxiety Art Group is a supportive space where teens can build confidence, practice coping skills, and express themselves through creative activities—without pressure.

Each session includes calming art projects, anxiety education, and skill-building exercises focused on reducing fear of judgment, managing anxious thoughts, and improving self-esteem. Teens will learn grounding techniques, communication tools, and ways to handle uncomfortable social moments.

This group is ideal for teens who feel shy, overwhelmed in groups, struggle with fear of embarrassment, or avoid social settings. No art experience needed—just come as you are.
