Free Women's Self Defense Seminar

Yes, another FREE women’s self-defense seminar! Age 14+. We are grateful to The Open Door Network for continuing to hold these events in addition to all the other services they offer the community.
Come learn critical skills to defend yourself from a larger stronger attacker in various scenarios. This is a physical training session, not a lecture. It is beginner friendly but great for repeat participants too!

Dave and Gloria have been teaching this with The Open Door Network for 18 years and are kind, caring instructors who will guide you to build skill and confidence in a safe environment.
