Empty Space

This is for anyone grieving a loss—recent or past. You don’t need to “have it together.” Just come as you are. Together, we’ll talk, share, and learn ways to move through grief with care and community. Some insurance is accepted!

What you can expect:

• Space to share and heal
• Coping tools for everyday grief
• Gentle activities for processing grief
• No pressure—share as much or as little as you like
