It dances across the skies, weaving through cities and forests alike, a living reminder that the boundary between realms has all but dissolved. The world hums with Magick wild, unpredictable, and alive. Humanity, once the sole master of its domain, now shares its existence with beings of ancient power and inscrutable purpose. In the months since the veil’s thinning, alliances have formed and fractured in equal measure. The Council of Concord, a coalition of human scholars and benevolent Faye, strives to maintain balance. They study the ley lines that pulse beneath the earth, seeking to stabilize the surge of Magick that threatens to tear reality apart. Yet, for every act of harmony, there is one of defiance. The Shadow Courts Faye who revel in chaos have begun their silent conquest, twisting the veilfire to their will and sowing discord among humankind. Cities once vibrant with life now shimmer with enchantments both wondrous and dangerous. Streets bloom with flowers that whisper secrets, rivers glow with liquid starlight, and the air itself hums with unseen energy. But beauty often conceals peril. Those who wander too close to the veilfire risk being touched by it changed in ways no healer can reverse. Some gain gifts beyond comprehension; others vanish into the mists, their fates unknown. From this chaos, a new race has emerged the Veilborn. Neither wholly human nor Faye, they are children of the convergence, born where the veilfire burns brightest. Their eyes shimmer with the light of both worlds, and their blood carries the pulse of ancient Magick. To some, they are a miracle living proof that coexistence is possible. To others, they are an abomination, a sign that the natural order has been irreversibly broken. The Veilborn possess abilities unlike any seen before. Some can weave the veil itself, bending reality’s fabric to heal or harm. Others act as conduits between realms, their presence stabilizing the chaotic flow of Magick. Yet their existence is fraught with danger. Both humans and Faye fear what they might become, and whispers spread that the Shadow Courts seek to claim them as weapons in their growing war. As tensions rise, the Council of Concord calls for a gathering at the heart of the veilfire, where the first breach began. Leaders, warriors, mystics, and Veilborn representatives converge, each carrying their hopes, fears, and hidden agendas. The air crackles with anticipation and dread. For in the heart of the flame, truth and illusion are one and the same. The time for indecision has passed. The veil no longer separates two worlds it binds them. THIS EVENT IS PRE REGISTRATION ONLY FOR CAMPING WITH NO ADDITIONAL CAMP FEES PRE REGISTRATION IS OPEN. ENTRY FEE OF $10 PER PERSON CASH ONLY AT THE GATE ALL OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT MUST BE PREREGISTERED. DAY PASS WILL BE AVALIBLE AT TROLL Parents, please bring life jackets with your small children and keep in mind no child will be allowed unattended outside of your camp. This site is primitive and has water and power only near the bathhouses please plan accordingly. Pack bug spray, sun block, and bite/sting spray (yellow flies hurt) Remember your water it will be hot!!! Fires are allowed as long as there isn't a burn ban we will keep watch Fires must be in the pits provided by the site or above ground pits. Do not leave burnt or scorched ground. The site is originally a youth camp which means youth size stalls in the bathroom (and no latches on the stall doors) please be aware There are 12 toilets and 8 showers on site If there is not an active lifeguard on duty children must be with parent or guardian 18+ to enter water. No exceptions Pets are not allowed on site (park rules pretty sure its due to the wildlife and bats on site) You are responsible for collecting all garbage and placing it in the dumpster for your camp.
