We’re excited to host an upcoming community training designed to strengthen connection, curiosity, and courage in how we communicate, especially when the topics are hard.
From Curiosity to Connection: Honest Dialogue in a Time of Division is a facilitated learning experience that helps participants explore racism, classism, and bias, while also building practical skills to stay engaged when conversations feel uncomfortable or challenging.
This session invites us to look closely at issues within our community and practice the tools needed for truthful, respectful, and productive dialogue; skills that matter now more than ever.
🗓 Saturday, Nov. 22
⏰ 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (with a 1-hour independent lunch break)
📍 City Hall
🎙 Facilitated by Healing Equity United, who previously led the City’s Bystander Training series.
If you’re curious, committed to growth, or simply ready to practice better communication across differences, we welcome your participation.
