CANCELLATION POLICY:
📍 Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
📍 Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date.
📍 Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before November 21 (Friday).
📍 Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
■ Payment balances will be collected on the day of the scheduled trip.
■ To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before November 21 (Friday).
■ REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
■ Itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
■ Lastly, the Adventure Leader reserves the right to CANCEL or POSTPONE this event.
