CANCELLATION POLICY:
๐ Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
๐ Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date.
๐ Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before November 21 (Friday).
๐ Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
