RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY - Your booking with us indicates that you agree to be strictly bound by the following policies:
■ No Downpayment, No Reservation. Reservation is on a "First Come, First Served" basis.
■ For cancellations or back-outs made by you
1️⃣Downpayments are refundable in full provided that the reason for back-outs are valid (subject to the discretion of the organizer) and made 15 days before the scheduled hike or tour.
2️⃣Transferring of reservation fee to another hike or tour or another person may be allowed provided that it is made 15 days before the scheduled hike or tour.
3️⃣Cancelling the hike or tour 5 days before the schedule is not allowed and you are required to pay 50% of the full event fee.
4️⃣Last minute back-outs (24 hours) before the scheduled hike is strictly prohibited. You are required to pay the full event fee as your slot is already considered sold.
■ For cancellations made by Northwinds Outdoors
1️⃣If we cancelled the hike or tour because the minimum number of slots were not met, you are entitled to a full refund of your downpayment or a rebooking option, subject to the availability of slots.
2️⃣If we cancelled the hike or tour for force majeure reasons, you are entitled and prioritized to a reschedule of the same hike or tour or rebooking to a different hike or tour.
3️⃣If we are compelled or forced to cancel the hike or tour for any reason after the tour has already commenced, all downpayments are automatically forfeited, no refund and no reschedule option.
■ All refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 banking days.
