This festive season let’s give our toys a new life and spread some holiday cheer!
We are hosting two community toy exchanges in Victoria County and these events work on a simple idea, donate a toy and take a toy.
We will also accept non-perishable food items in exchange for a toy. All remaining toys will be donated to local charities and organizations, while all food donations will go to local food banks.
Baddeck Toy Exchange
Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2025
Place: Knox Presbyterian Hall, 39 Grant St.
Time: 2–5 p.m.
Early toy drop-off for this event is Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 2–5 p.m.
We encourage everyone to join us for the early drop-in times to help us sort and set up ahead of time.
Things to know:
-Toys should be clean and in good condition
- No broken, damaged or unsafe items
- Swap toys or non-perishable food items
- Leftover toys will be donated to local organizations
- Everyone is welcome
