The spirit is the same: slowing down, awakening sensitivity, deepening presence, and reconnecting with what feels alive. Yet each retreat carries a slightly different atmosphere. We do not see stillness and dance as opposites. Sometimes, the most alive and powerful movement is born from silence. And sometimes, through dancing fully, we arrive again at presence, simplicity and inner quietness. These two retreats are different expressions of the same living exploration — between stillness and movement, listening and expression, depth and playfulness, self and relationship. Both weekends will include Contact Improvisation, Argentine Tango, somatic practices, free movement, sacred dances, relational awareness and meditative attention. The invitation is to discover your own movement language, rather than follow fixed choreography. SEPTEMBER — Dance, Stillness & Silence A quieter and more contemplative retreat, with a stronger focus on inner listening, presence, sacred movement qualities, and the subtle relationship between stillness and dance.
