It’s fast approaching that time of the year when the top lip of many a man begins to sprout as the moustache makes a comeback in the name of men’s health. Our own hairy face Justin (@the_middle_aged_yogi) thinks that yoga is a great way to improve both physical and mental health, and would love to see more fellas giving it a try.

So on Wednesday nights, from October 29th to November 26th, bring a man you know along with you for a free class. It can be a partner, a friend, a sibling, maybe you’re a couple of mates who are curious about yoga.
