Yoga Nidra Meditation Certification

Yoga Nidra is a profound healing method that goes to the core of our stress and trauma. It is also a systematic meditation technique that allows the connection to your true nature and pure being to unfold. In order to experience the depths of this process and to have the ability to guide others in their journey, it is important to be properly trained and prepared.
This weekend workshop will include:

A power point presentation explaining the science of Yoga Nidra and how it works
Several meditation practice sessions
How to teach Yoga Nidra in a group or privates sessions
Training Program Dates & Times:

Saturday, January 3rd - 1:30 PM - 5:00 pm

Sunday, January 4th - 10:30 AM - 5:00 pm

1/2 hour meal period on Saturday. Please bring lunch.

Cost: $249 - Must Pre-Register - 10 CE's For Yoga Teachers
