Restorative Yoga Mini Retreat

Join us for a deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Mini Retreat, where supported postures invite your body into complete rest while the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, sacred mantras, Native American drums, flow chimes, and other instruments wash over you, calming the mind and awakening the parasympathetic nervous system to restore balance and peace

Please wear cozy clothing and bring a blanket, head pillow, and eye bolster if you have them, and allow yourself this gift of stillness and renewal.
